Our 20 vehicles are stationed in convenient locations around the Greater Victoria area. As a member, you may make a reservation for any vehicle. Just pick up the vehicle, drive it, and return the vehicle to its home location when you're done.

If you would like to see the VCSC in your neighbourhood, you can request a vehicle.

Our fleet is located throughout Victoria in 14 locations:

• 15 fuel efficent four door sedans (Honda Insight Hybrid, Honda Civic, Toyota Yaris, Mazda Protege, Mazda 3, Hyundai Elantra, Kia Rio5 and Wagon, Kia Spectra, Toyota Corolla, Nissan Sentra, and Nissan Cube)
• 2 trucks (Mazda B2300 and Dodge Dakota, with canopies)
• 1 minivans (Mazda MPV)
• 1 convertible (Smart Car)

All vehicles have automatic transmissions. Although we do not provide child seats, all of our vehicles have anchors for child seats (except our Smart Car and Mazda pickup, which do not have rear seats). Our Fernwood Yaris has a Thule roof rack system. The Dodge Dakota pickup has a hitch and towing capabilities.

Roaming
Just like with your mobile phone, you can "roam" with car sharing. Members have access to 300 other car share vehicles around British Columbia. Our partnerships with the Co-operative Auto Network in Vancouver/Nanaimo, the Kooteany Car Share, and Go2 in Smithers allow you to reserve and use those vehicles, and be billed through your VCSC member account.
