Members must make a reservation to use a vehicle. There are two ways to create a booking---online and on the phone.

With our telephone booking service, speak to a live person 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Online, members log in and can create a booking in four clicks. Either way, you'll receive an email confirmation of your booking. It's just as easy to modify or cancel your booking.

Bookings may be as short as a half-hour or as long as three days, in half-hour increments. Contact us for bookings longer than three days.

Vehicles are often reserved one day in advance, although many are free for immediate use. If you absolutely need a specific vehicle at a certain time, you may book up to a year in advance.
